摘要
钢板混凝土(SC)结构作为一种兼具优良工作性能和工业化施工性能的新型组合结构,具有广泛的应用前景。而SC墙与钢筋混凝土(RC)楼板的连接节点既是结构传力的关键环节,往往又是其受力的薄弱区域。该节点抗剪工作机理尚不明确,各国设计规范对此节点的设计规定差异极大。系统分析了中美日规范中墙-板节点的构造方式和设计方法,深入剖析了节点的抗剪工作机理,提出了四种节点抗剪构造方案的选型原则和抗剪承载力计算方法。研究表明:中国规范GB/T 51340—2018建议的钢筋连接器与抗剪键构造既能满足节点模块化施工要求,又可满足全强度设计准则;抗剪机制上,fib规范Model Code 2010全面考虑了五种抗剪机制贡献,由于SC墙-RC楼板节点的结合面属于弱化学胶结界面,其抗剪承载力计算应忽略化学胶结力和机械咬合作用,而由界面摩擦力、纵筋销栓作用和抗剪键剪力三部分组成;基于抗剪机制分析,提出该节点的抗剪承载力计算方法,与已有试验结果对比证明,该计算方法具有较好的适用性。
As a novel composite structure with excellent working and industrial construction performance,the steel⁃plate concrete(SC)structure has a wide application prospect.The SC wall⁃reinforced concrete(RC)slab connection joint is not only the crucial link of the force transmission but also often as a weak region of force bearing.The working mechanism of this joint remains unclear,and there are significant differences in the design provisions for this joint among various countries′design codes.The structural configurations and design methods of wall⁃slab joints specified in the codes of China,the United States and Japan was systematically analyzed,the shear working mechanism of the joint was deeply explored,and the selection principles for four shear⁃resistant structural schemes of the joint as well as the calculation method for shear⁃bearing capacity were proposed.Research results indicate that the reinforcement coupler and shear key configuration recommended in China′s code GB/T 51340—2018 can not only meet the requirements for modular construction of the joint but also satisfy the full⁃strength design criterion.Regarding the shear mechanism,fib′s code Model Code 2010 comprehensively considers the contributions of five shear mechanisms.Since the interface between the SC wall⁃RC slab joint is a weak chemical bonding interface,the chemical bonding force and mechanical interlocking effect should be neglected in the calculation of shear⁃bearing capacity,which is instead composed of three components:interface friction force,dowel action of longitudinal reinforcement,and shear force of shear keys.Based on the analysis of the shear mechanism,a calculation method for the shear⁃bearing capacity of this joint was proposed.Comparison with existing test results demonstrates that this calculation method has good applicability.
