电气石/环氧树脂复合卷材制备及负氧离子释放性能

Preparation of Tourmaline/Epoxy Resin Composite CoiledMaterial and the Release of Negative Oxygen Ion

摘要 具备负氧离子释放功能的复合材料在改善空气质量等领域具有广泛应用前景。本研究为制备具备稳定负氧离子释放性能的高性能卷材,以电气石超细粉作为功能填料,双酚A型环氧树脂为基体,通过涂布工艺将电气石均匀涂覆于环氧树脂卷材表面,构建电气石/环氧树脂复合卷材。结果表明,当电气石超细粉添加量为10%~30%时,复合卷材释放的负氧离子浓度均超过Ⅰ级空气标准(>1200 ions/cm^(3)),在30%添加量条件下负氧离子释放量达4315 ions/cm^(3),磨耗量0.0234 g,邵氏硬度72.4 HD。测试表明,该复合卷材在温度变化、空气湿度及气流干扰等多种环境因素下,仍能稳定维持>1200 ions/cm^(3)的负氧离子释放量,表现出良好的环境适应性和功能稳定性。 Composite materials with the capability of releasing negative oxygen ions have held broad application prospects in the air purification field.With the steady release high-performance of negative oxygen ions tourmaline/epoxy resin composite coil is constructed,which applies tourmaline superfine powder as a functional filler onto bisphenol-A epoxy resin as the matrix through the coating process.The results demonstrate that when the tourmaline superfine powder addition content was between 10%and 30%,the negative oxygen ions concentration released by the composite material exceeded the Grade I air standard(>1200 ions/cm^(3)).Notably,under a 30%addition condition of tourmaline superfine powder,the negative oxygen ions release reached 4315 ions/cm^(3),with an abrasion loss of 0.0234 g and a Shore hardness of 72.4 HD.Moreover,the composite coiled material exhibited excellent environmental adaptability and functional stability,maintaining a negative oxygen ion release level exceeding 1200 ions/cm^(3) under various environmental factors,including temperature variations,humidity levels,and airflow disturbances.
