蜂窝陶瓷表面NiMn_(2)O_(4)/NiMnO_(3)异质结的构建及其光催化性能

Construction of NiMn_(2)O_(4)/NiMnO_(3) Heterostructures on Honeycomb Ceramics and Their Photocatalytic Properties

摘要 本研究采用溶胶-凝胶法将两种不同晶型的镍锰氧化物(NiMn_(2)O_(4)和NiMnO_(3))依次负载在堇青石蜂窝陶瓷上,制备了底层为NiMn_(2)O_(4)、面层为NiMnO_(3)的复合光催化材料。研究运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试方法分析了样品的结构形貌及光电化学性质,通过亚甲基蓝染料的可见光催化降解反应评价材料的光催化性能,并对NiMn_(2)O_(4)/NiMnO_(3)复合材料的光催化机理进行了探讨。结果表明:通过调节镍、锰硝酸盐前驱体比例及反应体系pH值可实现对NiMn_(2)O_(4)和NiMnO_(3)两种晶型镍锰氧化物的可控制备,利用两种不同晶型镍锰氧化物构筑异质结,能有效促进了界面电荷转移,抑制光生载流子复合,提高光催化量子效率。此外,该方法实现了光催化材料在蜂窝陶瓷表面的牢固负载,有利于光催化材料的回收和再利用。经过连续6次循环后,其光催化性能衰减率仅2.15%。 Two different crystal forms of nickel-manganese oxides,namely NiMn_(2)O_(4) and NiMnO_(3),were successively loaded on cordierite honeycomb ceramics by sol-gel method,thereby fabricating a composite photocatalytic material with NiMn_(2)O_(4) as the bottom layer and NiMnO_(3) as the surface layer.Using testing methods such as XRD,XPS,SEM,the structural morphology and photoelectrochemical properties of the samples were analyzed.Evaluated by visible-light degradation reaction of methylene blue dye,the photocatalytic performance of the material was assessed,and the photocatalytic mechanism of NiMn_(2)O_(4)/NiMnO_(3) composite photocatalytic material was discussed.Results indicate that the controllable preparation of two crystal forms of nickel-manganese oxides,NiMn_(2)O_(4) and NiMnO_(3),was achieved by adjusting the ratio of nickel and manganese nitrate precursors and the pH value of the reaction system.By constructing a heterojunction using the two different crystal forms of nickel-manganese oxides effectively facilitates the transfer of interfacial charges,suppresses the recombination of photo-generated carriers,and enhances the photocatalytic quantum efficiency.In addition,this method realizes the firm loading of the photocatalytic materials on the surface of honeycomb ceramics,which is beneficial for the recovery and reuse of the photocatalytic material.After six consecutive cycles,the attenuation rate of its photocatalytic performance was merely 2.15%.
