钢板护面船闸闸室墙施工期混凝土内部应力监测分析

摘要 为系统掌握钢板护面大体积混凝土内部应力演化规律,以临淮岗复线船闸工程为研究对象,通过在船闸闸室墙混凝土内部钢筋上布设智能振弦式钢筋计,系统测量不同龄期的钢筋应变值,并基于钢筋与混凝土应变同步的假定,结合混凝土弹性模量随龄期变化的经验公式,定量计算养护龄期内混凝土内部的应力值。结果表明:混凝土内部应力在浇筑后的前7 d变化显著,平均应力维持在0.260 MPa左右;进入养护中后期(21 d后),混凝土弹性模量随龄期增加逐步趋于稳定,应力波动幅度明显减小。研究成果可为钢板护面大体积混凝土工程的养护措施优化和裂缝防控提供理论依据。 To systematically understand the internal stress evolution characteristics of steel plate-faced mass concrete,the Linhuaigang double-line ship lock project was taken as the monitoring method.Intelligent vibrating-wire rebar strain gauges were installed on the reinforcing bars inside the lock chamber wall concrete to continuously measure the strain values of the reinforcement at different curing ages.Based on the assumption of strain compatibility between the reinforcing bars and the concrete,and combined with the empirical formula describing the variation of the elastic modulus of concrete with age,the internal stress of the concrete during the curing period was quantitatively calculated.Monitoring data indicated that the internal stress of the concrete undergoes significant changes within the first 7 days after pouring,with average stress stabilizing around 0.260 MPa.After entering the middle and later stages of maintenance(21 days later),the elastic modulus of concrete gradually tends to be stable with the increase of curing age,and the amplitude of stress fluctuations significantly decreased.The research results could provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of curing measures and crack prevention and control in largevolume steel-plate-faced concrete projects.
