山丘区中小河流治理工程水文分析及治理措施探讨——以黄尾河阙家畈—掌形地段为例

摘要 为完善山丘区中小河流防洪工程体系,提高河道的行洪能力,保障沿河两岸人民群众的生命财产安全,以岳西县黄尾河阙家畈—掌形地段为例,针对河段现状及存在的问题,采用间接法推求设计洪水,运用HEC-RAS软件推求设计水位,提出护坡护岸、河道清淤、建筑物拆除重建、监测预警服务平台建设等综合治理措施。结果表明:洪水位计算成果与实际情况基本符合,治理后黄尾河河道流速降低、行洪能力增强、断面水位降低。HEC-RAS软件对于山丘区河道设计水位推求具有较强适用性,提出的治理措施可为类似中小河流提供参考与借鉴。 To improve the flood control system of small and medium-sized rivers in hilly areas,enhance the flood-carrying capacity of river channels,and protect the lives and property of people along the riverbanks,this study took the QuejiafanZhangxingdi of the Huangwei River in Yuexi County as an example.Based on the current conditions and existing problems of the river section,the indirect method was used to estimate the design flood,and the HEC-RAS software was applied to determine the design water level.Comprehensive control measures were proposed,including slope and bank protection,river dredging,demolition and reconstruction of structures,and the establishment of a monitoring and early warning service platform.The results showed that the calculated flood levels were generally consistent with actual conditions.After the implementation of the control measures,the flow velocity of the Huangwei river decreased,the flood-carrying capacity improved,and the cross-sectional water level was reduced.The HECRAS software proves to be highly applicable for determining design water levels in river channels of hilly areas,and the proposed control measures can serve as a reference for similar small and medium-sized rivers.
