摘要
泥石流作为一种突发性地质灾害,具有影响范围大、暴发迅速、破坏力强等特征,常对山区城镇的基础设施造成严重损害。巴音库鲁提村落位于沟谷堆积扇区域,受泥石流威胁较大,因此对该流域开展泥石流危险性评估与防治研究具有重要意义。为了评估乌恰县巴音库鲁提村泥石流基本特征及风险,选取该村上游泥石流沟作为典型对象,分析其风险特征并据此提出防治建议。结果表明:巴音库鲁提村上游沟域具备发生泥石流形成条件;沟内松散堆积物主要为冲洪积、残坡积2类,其中3号沟总可动物源方量最大,约为28.7×10^(4)m^(3)。基于洪峰流量及固体物质冲出量分析,判定该沟域泥石流规模属于小型;针对小规模泥石流防治建议建立实时监测预警体系,在关键区段修筑谷坊坝以拦挡固体物质及修建排洪渠疏导水流。
As a sudden geological hazard,debris flow is characterized by a wide influence range,rapid outbreak and strong destructive power,and often causes severe damage to the infrastructure of mountain towns and villages.Bayinkuluti Village is located in the alluvial fan area of the gully valley and is highly threatened by debris flow.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on debris flow hazard assessment and prevention in this watershed.To evaluate the basic characteristics and risk of debris flow in Bayinkuluti Village,Wuqia County,the debris flow gully in the upper reaches of the village was selected as a typical research object,its risk characteristics were analyzed,and corresponding prevention and control suggestions were put forward accordingly.The results show that the gully area in the upper reaches of Bayinkuluti Village has the formation conditions for debris flow occurrence.The loose accumulations in the gully are mainly divided into two types:alluvial-proluvial deposits and eluvial-slope deposits.Among them,Gully No.3 has the largest total volume of mobilizable material source,about 28.7×10^(4) m^(3).Based on the analysis of peak discharge and the output of solid materials,the debris flow in this gully area is determined to be small-scale.For the prevention and control of small-scale debris flow,it is suggested to establish a real-time monitoring and early warning system,build check dams in key sections to block solid materials,and construct flood discharge channels to divert water flow.
