摘要
为解决电气设备安装质量管控难题,提升设备运行安全性与稳定性,本文以电气设备安装工艺为研究对象,采用文献调研、关键点识别及方法设计等手段,系统分析安装全流程核心要点。先明确安装前期、过程及调试验收阶段的11项关键控制点,再针对性构建“前期预判—过程管控—验收闭环”的全链条控制方法体系。研究表明,该体系可有效规避安装质量隐患,为施工单位提供标准化管控方案,对推动电气安装行业高质量发展具有重要实践价值。
To solve the problem of quality control in the installation of equipment and improve the safety and stability of equipment operation,this article takes the installation technology of electrical equipment as the research object,and uses literature research,key point identification and method design systematically analyze the core points in the whole process of installation.Firstly,11 key control points in the installation preparation stage,process stage and commissioning and acceptance stage are,and then a full chain control method system of"pre-judgment-process control-acceptance closed loop"is constructively built.The study shows that the system can avoid hidden dangers of installation quality and provide standardized control scheme for construction units,which has important practical value for promoting the high-quality development of electrical installation industry.
