摘要
本文聚焦低空经济政策与企业实践,首先梳理国内低空经济政策体系的演进,重点剖析川渝地区在政策协同、空域管理等方面的创新机制与实践路径;其次以四川省为例,分析当地企业依托政策在技术研发、场景应用及产业链构建中的实践成果;最后从政策体系完善、空域管理优化、基础设施建设支持及产学研合作推进四个维度,深入阐述企业对低空经济政策的具体需求,为推动低空经济高质量发展提供政策优化方向与实践参考。
This paper focuses on low-altitude economy policies and enterprise practices.Firstly,it reviews the evolution of the domestic low-altitude economy policy system,with a particular emphasis on the innovative mechanisms and practical paths in policy coordination and airspace management in the Sichuan-Chongqing region.Secondly,taking Sichuan Province as an example,it analyzes the practical achievements of local enterprises in technology research and development,scene application,and industrial chain construction based on policies.Finally,it elaborates on the specific demands of enterprises for low-altitude economy policies from four dimensions:policy system improvement,airspace management optimization,infrastructure construction support,and promotion of industry-university-research cooperation,providing policy optimization directions and practical references for promoting the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.
