摘要
随着新媒体技术的快速发展与广泛应用,社会工作实践环境发生深刻变革,对社会工作人才的信息素养提出了全新要求。本文基于新媒体时代特征与社会工作专业本质,深入剖析社会工作人才信息素养的核心内涵与构成要素,系统分析当前培养体系中存在的主要问题与困境,从整合性课程体系构建、多层次伦理规范建设、技术赋能服务模式创新及多元协同生态培育四个维度,提出新媒体与社会工作人才信息素养培养的融合路径,以期为推动社会工作高质量发展提供理论参考与实践指引。
With the rapid development and widespread application of new media technology,the social work practice environment has undergone profound changes,which has put forward new requirements for the information literacy of social work talents.This article is based on the characteristics of the new media era and the essence of social work profession.It deeply analyzes the core connotation and constituent elements of information literacy of social work talents,systematically analyzes the main problems and difficulties in the current training system,and proposes a fusion path between new media and information literacy training of social work talents from four dimensions:the construction of an integrated curriculum system,the construction of multi-level ethical norms,the innovation of technology empowerment service models,and the cultivation of diverse collaborative ecology.The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting the high-quality development of social work.
