摘要
目的探讨火龙罐综合灸联合神经阻滞对带状疱疹神经痛患者的应用效果。方法选取2024年8月至2025年8月就诊于福建省肿瘤医院的60例带状疱疹神经痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30)。对照组接受神经阻滞治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用火龙罐综合灸。比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛、睡眠情况、焦虑抑郁情绪及临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表评分、焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火龙罐综合灸与神经阻滞的联合应用可显著缓解患者的疼痛,有效减轻患者的负性情绪,对改善患者的睡眠质量具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the effect of fire dragon pot moxibustion combined with nerve block on patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia who were treated at Fujian Cancer Hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30)using a random number table.Control group received nerve block therapy,while experimental group received fire dragon cupping combined moxibustion on top of control group's treatment.The pain levels,sleep quality,anxiety and depression symptoms,as well as clinical efficacy were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the visual analogue scale scores for pain,anxiety scale scores,depression scale scores,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of fire dragon pot moxibustion and nerve block can significantly alleviates patients'pain,and effectively reduces their negative emotions,thereby exerting a positive effect on improving sleep quality.
