摘要
目的分析辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)妊娠与自然妊娠人群在产前筛查方式选择和各种筛查方法高风险率及产前诊断率等方面的差异。方法选取2021年1月1日至2024年12月31日在郑州大学第三附属医院分娩的42332名单胎孕妇作为研究对象。根据受孕方式分为ART妊娠组1858名,自然妊娠组40474名。比较两组孕妇的无创产前检测(non-invasive prenatal testing,NIPT)检查率及其高风险率。结果ART妊娠组孕妇的颈后透明层(nuchal translucency,NT)检查率显著高于自然妊娠组(P>0.05)。ART孕妇的NIPT检查率显著高于自然妊娠孕妇,两组孕妇的NT增厚率、母血清筛查高风险率、NIPT高风险率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ART孕妇产前筛查高风险率未见明显增加,可见ART技术并未增加胎儿染色体异常的发生风险。
Objective To analyze differences in prenatal screening method selection,high-risk rates,and prenatal diagnosis rates between assisted reproductive technology(ART)pregnancies and natural pregnancies.Methods A total of 42332 singleton pregnancies delivered at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between January 1,2021,and December 31,2024,were selected as study subjects.Based on the mode of conception,the participants were divided into an ART pregnant group(n=1858)and a natural pregnancy group(n=40474).The non-invasiveprenatal testing(NIPT)screening rate,high-risk rate,and prenatal diagnostic testing rate for advanced maternal age were compared between two groups.Results The rate of nuchal translucency(NT)examination in ART group was significantly higher than that in natural pregnancy group(P>0.05).The NIPT examination rate in ART pregnant group was significantly higher than that in natural pregnancy group,There were no statistically significant differences in the rates of NT thickening,maternal serum screening high-risk rate,and NIPT high-risk rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The high-risk rate of ART prenatal screening in pregnant women did not show a significant increase,indicating that ART technology does not increase the risk of fetal chromosomal abnormalities.
