柔性减影CE-Boost技术及黑血技术在门静脉CT血管成像的应用价值

摘要 目的 本文旨在研究柔性减影(CE-Boost)技术及黑血技术在门静脉CT血管成像(CTA)中的应用价值。方法 收集2024年4月—6月行腹部CTA的连续患者65例,用设备自带的^(SURE)Subtraction软件处理腹部CTA常规图像,将其分为常规组、CE-Boost组和CE-Boost黑血组。对三组图像分别测量空气、腰大肌、腹主动脉、肝动脉、门静脉主干及左右肝门静脉的CT值(HU)及标准差(SD)值,计算信噪比(SNR)及对比噪声比(CNR)行客观评价;主观评价门静脉整体图像质量。结果 CE-Boost黑血组的门静脉整体图像质量评分均高于常规组和CE-Boost组(均P<0.05),CE-Boost黑血组的门静脉主干及左右门静脉的CT值、SNR及CNR数值均大于常规组和CE-Boost组,而CE-Boost黑血组腹主动脉及肝动脉的CT值、SNR及CNR数值均小于常规组和CE-Boost组,CE-Boost黑血组SD值均比CE-Boost组和常规组稍高,除腹主动脉和左肝门静脉的SD值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各部位CT值、SD值、CNR及SNR组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CE-Boost黑血后处理技术可提升门静脉的图像质量,并能降低动脉的干扰,更清晰地评估门静脉整体情况。 Objective To investigate the application of flexible subtraction contrast-enhancement boost(CE-Boost)technology and black-blood technology in portal vein CT angiography(CTA).Methods A total of 65 consecutive patients who underwent abdominal CTA from April to June 2024 were enrolled.The conventional abdominal CTA images were processed using the SURE Subtraction software and divided into the conventional,CE-Boost,and CE-Boost black-blood groups.The CT values(HU),standard deviations(SD),signal-to-noise ratios(SNR),and contrast-to-noise ratios(CNR)of air,psoas major muscle,abdominal aorta,hepatic artery,and portal veins(main,left and right)were determined.The overall image quality of the portal vein was subjectively evaluated.Results The overall image quality scores of the portal veins in CE-Boost black-blood group were higher than those in the conventional and CE-Boost groups(all P<0.05).The CT values,SNR,and CNR of the main,left and right portal veins in the CE-Boost black-blood group were greater than those in the conventional and CE-Boost groups.The CT values,SNR,and CNR of the abdominal aorta and hepatic artery in the CE-Boost black-blood group were lower than those in the conventional and CE-Boost groups.The SD in the CE-Boost black-blood group were slightly higher than those in the conventional and CE-Boost groups.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the SD of the abdominal aorta and left portal vein whereas the CT values,SD,CNR,and SNR at other sites were all significantly different(all P<0.05).Conclusion The CE-Boost black-blood post-processing technique can improve the image quality,reduce arterial interference,and provide a clearer assessment of the portal vein.
