摘要
目的了解江西省药品不良反应(ADR)个人报告工作面临的障碍,提升公众报告积极性,探索优化药品不良反应公众报告路径,为未来在全国范围内开展更广泛研究及优化ADR报告机制提供初步依据和思路。方法设计问卷调研公众认知现状,利用统计软件分析调研数据。结果与结论针对当前药品不良反应个人报告机制存在的认知不足、宣传缺位等问题提出了以下优化措施:提高公众参与度;拓展信息收集渠道;加强ADR报告的质量管理;建立跨部门、跨领域的合作机制;完善后续跟踪与反馈机制建立个人健康档案。通过优化药品不良反应个人报告机制,推动药品不良反应监测工作的深入开展。
OBJECTIVE To understand the obstacles faced by the individual reporting of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in Jiangxi Province,enhance the public reporting enthusiasm,explore and optimize the public reporting path of ADRs,and provide preliminary basis and ideas for the future development of more extensive research and optimization of ADR reporting mechanism across the country.METHODS Design a questionnaire survey to investigate the current public perception status,and use statistical software to analyze the survey data.RESULTS and CONCLUSION The following optimization measures have been proposed to address the issues of insufficient awareness and lack of publicity in the current individual reporting mechanism for ADRs:Increasing public participation;Expand in-formation collection channels;Strengthen the quality management of ADR reports;Establish cross departmental and cross domain cooperation mechanisms;Improve follow-up tracking and feedback mechanisms to establish personal health records.By optimizing the individual reporting mechanism for ADR,we aim to promote the in-depth monitoring of ADR.
