摘要
目的通过性激素专科付费药学门诊的服务实践,分析性激素专科付费药学门诊的患者基本情况与就诊情况,探索性激素专科付费药学门诊的持续改进。方法回顾性收集并分析某三甲专科医院2024年1月至2024年12月性激素专科药学门诊付费就诊患者的资料和具体就诊问题。结果性激素专科药学门诊付费就诊患者240例,其中男2例、女238例,年龄分布在10~60岁之间,约37.91%的患者是用于月经管理,其次是子宫内膜异位症(16.25%),子宫腺肌病(16.25%),患者的就诊用药问题主要包括治疗方案疑问的处理(43.12%),其次是药品不良反应(22.32%),临床用药会诊(20.79%)。结论性激素专科付费药学门诊,可以为患者提供个性化用药指导,促进性激素专科药物合理用药,解答患者的用药疑问,在优化性激素专科药物治疗方面具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE Through the service practice of the paid Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Gonadal(HPG)Hormone Therapy Specialty pharmacist-managed clinic,this study aims to analyze the basic and visitation information of patients attending the paid HPG Hormone Therapy Specialty pharmacist-managed clinic,and to explore the continuous improvement of the paid HPG Hormone Therapy Specialty pharmacist-managed clinic.METHODS A retrospective collection and analysis of the data and specific visitation issues of patients who paid for the the pharmacistmanaged clinic for HPG Hormone Therapy Specialty at a tertiary specialized hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 was conducted.RESULTS A total of 240 patients paid for the pharmacist-managed clinic for HPG Hormone Therapy Specialty,including 2 males and 238 females,with ages ranging from 10 to 60 years old.Approximately 37.91%of the patients sought consultation for menstrual management,followed by Endometriosis(16.25%)and Adenomyosis(16.25%).The issues regarding patients'medication problem mainly include the handling of doubts about treatment plans(43.12%),followed by adverse drug reactions(22.32%)and clinical medication consulta-tions(20.79%).CONCLUSION The paid pharmacist-managed clinic for HPG Hormone Therapy Specialty can provide personalized medication guidance for patients,promote the rational use of HPG Hormone Therapy Specialty drugs,answer patients'questions about medication,and was of great significance in optimizing the treatment of HPG Hormone Therapy Specialty drugs.
