摘要
当前算法审计研究在理论框架与问题意识上高度依赖西方治理议题,缺乏对全球权力结构与跨国平台机制的系统性分析,形成了“孤立化”“中心化”“表征化”的三重盲区。本文提出将中国国际传播研究的视角引入算法审计领域,推动其从技术纠偏工具转向分析全球平台权力结构的研究路径,从结构、主体与价值三个维度拓展其解释力,并提出面向全球信息生态审计、中国国际传播能力建设与传播理论创新的研究议程。本文旨在突破既有算法审计的西方范式限制,构建兼具全球视野与中国关切的算法问责框架,为全球平台治理与传播学自主知识体系建设提供理论与方法支持。
Current scholarship on algorithm auditing is deeply shaped by Western perspectives in both its theoretical frameworks and methodological trajectories,with primary attention directed toward governance problems internal to Western societies.As a result,three structural blind spots persist:isolation,centralization,and forms of superficial representation.This article argues for incorporating perspectives from Chinese international communication research in order to broaden the analytical horizon of algorithm auditing.From this vantage point,algorithm auditing becomes not merely a technique for identifying bias,but also a productive entry for examining the mechanisms through which platform power is organized and exercised.On this basis,the paper develops an integrated framework connecting algorithm auditing with international communication studies.It proposes several research pathways,including auditing the global information order,strengthening capacities for international communication,and advancing theoretical innovation.By offering technical instruments,redefining research agendas,and opening the algorithmic"black box"to systematic inquiry,the study seeks to support the development of China's international communication practices while contributing to the articulation of a more autonomous body of communication knowledge.
