摘要
以某房地产开发项目室内防水工程施工为案例,基于系统工程理论,从过程控制、工艺控制及成品控制三个维度构建了室内防水工程施工质量综合评价体系。结合层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)与模糊综合评价法(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,FCE),确定各层次指标权重并建立评价模型,实现对防水工程施工质量的多层次量化评估。结果表明,该项目室内防水工程施工质量为良,具备验收条件,但在基层处理与成品保护等方面仍存在改进空间。基于AHP-FCE的评价模型能科学识别防水施工过程中的薄弱环节,并提出改进措施,为后续防水工程施工质量改进提供明确的方向及依据。
Taking the indoor waterproofing engineering construction in a real estate development project as an example,based on the systems engineering theory,a comprehensive evaluation system for indoor waterproofing engineering construction quality is established from three dimensions:process control,technology control and finished product control.Combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE),the weight of indexes at each level is determined and the evaluation model is built to realize the multi-level quantitative evaluation of the waterproofing engineering construction quality.The results show that the construction quality of the indoor waterproofing engineering in the project is good and has the acceptance conditions,but there is still room for improvement in the aspects such as base treatment and finished product protection.The evaluation model based on AHP-FCE can scientifically identify weak links in the waterproofing construction process,and put forward improvement measures,providing a clear direction and basis for the construction quality improvement in subsequent waterproofing engineering.
