桥梁钻孔灌注桩基础施工质量控制研究

摘要 为了提高桥梁钻孔灌注桩基础的施工质量,从地质条件、施工工艺、材料质量、人员与管理等方面对桥梁钻孔灌注桩基础施工质量的影响因素进行了探讨,结合具体工程实例,从施工准备阶段、钻孔过程、清孔与钢筋笼安装以及混凝土灌注等方面对施工质量控制进行了分析,并利用低应变反射波法、声波透射法和钻芯法对桩基质量进行了检测。研究结果表明,所有桩基的混凝土立方体抗压强度均达到设计强度的105%以上,桩身完整性和承载力均满足要求。 In order to improve the construction quality of bridge bored pile foundations,the influencing factors of construction quality of bridge bored pile foundations are discussed from the aspects of geological conditions,construction processes,material quality,personnel and management.Combined with specific engineering examples,the construction quality control is analyzed from the aspects such as construction preparation stage,drilling process,hole cleaning,reinforcement cage installation and concrete pouring,and the quality of pile foundations is tested by low-strain reflected wave method.crosshole sonic logging and core drilling method.The research results show that the concrete cube's compressive strength of all pile foundations reaches more than 105%of the design strength,with both pile integrity and bearing capacity meeting requirements.
