摘要
以银川都市圈中线供水工程黄沙古渡泵站为例,针对其地处黄河断裂带、液化土层等复杂环境,重点研究了水泵机组安装的关键技术。分析不良地质条件对设备基础、对中精度、振动控制等方面的特殊要求,提出基于动态地基处理的高精度预埋技术、多传感器辅助的柔性对中工艺、地质适应性减振系统等创新方法,有效解决了复杂环境下水泵安装易出现的基础沉降不均、对中偏差超限、振动超标等技术难题。工程实践表明,该技术体系可使水泵安装精度提高50%,调试周期缩短40%,显著增强设备运行稳定性,为类似复杂环境下的水利泵站机电安装提供重要参考。
Taking Huangshagudu Pumping Station in middle route water supply engineering in Yinchuan metropolitan circle as an example,the key technologies for pump unit installation are studied in view of its location in complex environments such as the Yellow River fault zone and liquefied soil layer.The special requirements imposed by unfavorable geological conditions on equipment foundation,alignment accuracy and vibration control are analyzed,and innovative methods such as high-precision pre-embedding technology based on dynamic foundation treatment,multi-sensor-assisted flexible alignment process and geologically adaptive vibration reduction system are proposed,effectively solving the technical problems such as uneven foundation settlement,over-limit alignment deviation and over-standard vibration in pump installation in complex environments.The engineering practice shows that the technical system can improve the pump installation accuracy by 50%,shorten the commissioning period by 40%,and significantly enhance the equipment operation stability,providing important reference for the electromechanical installation in water conservancy pumping stations in similar complex environments.
