智能化顶管施工技术的集成创新应用

摘要 传统顶管施工技术难以达到复杂地质环境对精度与效率的严苛要求,构建智能化顶管施工体系迫在眉睫。以龙华区管网提质增效工程(二期)为依托,构建集监测、控制、决策于一体的智能化顶管施工技术体系。实践表明,该体系可实现施工全流程的精准管控,将轴线偏差控制精度提升约43%,单日顶进距离提升50%,显著提高施工质量与效率,在安全风险与成本控制方面效果显著,可为城市管网工程的提质增效提供可靠的技术支持。 The traditional pipe jacking construction technology is difficult to meet the strict requirements for precision and efficiency in complex geological environments,so it is urgent to establish an intelligent pipe jacking construction system.Based on the pipe network quality and efficiency improvement engineering(phase I)in Longhua District,an intelligent pipe jacking construction technology system integrating monitoring,control and decision-making is established.The practice shows that the system can realize the precise control of the whole construction process,improve the control accuracy of the axis deviation by about 43%,and increase the daily jacking distance by 50%,significantly improving construction quality and efficiency and holding a significant effect on safety risk and cost control.It can provide reliable technical support for improving the quality and efficiency of urban pipe network engineering.
