上跨高速公路钢箱梁施工技术与安全措施研究

Research on Construction Technologies and Safety Measures for Steel Box Girder Overcrossing Expressways

摘要 以我国南方某口岸联线公路工程为背景,围绕跨线施工环境复杂、交通组织难及安全要求高等特点,提出以动态交通导改和分级吊装为主的跨线施工安全协同技术。研究结果表明,细化施工组织、精准控制测量、综合利用多层次安全防护体系,可极大地提高跨线施工安全效率。该技术能有效解决跨线施工过程中的关键技术难题,为今后类似工程建设提供重要的技术参考依据。 Based on the background of a port connecting highway project in southern China,focusing on the characteristics such as complex cross-line construction environment,difficult traffic organization and high safety requirements,this paper proposes a cross-line construction safety coordination technology centered on dynamic traffic diversion and graded hoisting.The research results show that the safety efficiency of cross-line construction can be greatly improved by construction organization refinement,precise surveying control and comprehensive utilization of multi-level safety protection systems.This technology can effectively solve the key technical problems in the process of cross-line construction,providing important technical reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
