水泥稳定碎石基层无侧限抗压强度的关键影响指标分析

Analysis of Key Influencing Indicators for Unconfined Compression Strength of Cement-Stabilized Macadam Base

摘要 水泥稳定碎石基层无侧限抗压强度受材料组成与施工工艺差异影响,相同设计标准下基层强度变异系数达15%~25%,易引发路面早期开裂、唧泥等病害。基于此,选取骨料级配、水泥掺量、压实度、含水率等作为关键指标,共制备7组试件,测定不同变量下试件无侧限抗压强度,量化各指标的影响程度。研究结果表明,级配Ⅱ中粗骨料掺量达40%,其粒径为19 mm的筛孔筛余量最高,试件B的7 d无侧限抗压强度较试件A低11.7%,较试件C低5.6%,较试件G低16.0%,表明粒径为19 mm的筛孔筛余量与强度成反比关系。水泥稳定碎石混合料7 d无侧限抗压强度随水泥掺量增加呈整体递增趋势。压实度处于相近水平时,无侧限抗压强度差异无统计显著性;压实度达到一定阈值(≥98%)后,其对无侧限抗压强度的影响不再是主导因素。随水泥稳定碎石混合料含水率增加,无侧限抗压强度呈现先增后减的变化趋势。 The unconfined compression strength of cementstabilized macadam base is affected by the difference of material composition and construction processes.Under the same design standard,the coefficient of variation of base strength reaches 15%25%,which is easy to cause pavement defects such as early cracking,mud pumping.Based on this,the aggregate gradation,cement content,compaction degree,water content,etc.,are selected as the key indicators,7 groups of specimens are prepared,the unconfined compression strength of the specimens under different variables is measured,and the influence degree of each indicator is quantified.The research results show that the coarse aggregate content in the gradation II reaches 40%,and the sieve residue of the screen opening with a particle size of 19 mm is the highest,the 7-day unconfined compression strength of specimen B is 11.7%lower than that of specimen A,5.6%lower than that of specimen C.and 16.0%lower than that of specimen G,indicating that the sieve residue of the screen opening with a particle size of 19 mm is inversely proportional to the strength.The 7-day unconfined compressive strength of cement-stabilized macadam mixture increases with the increase of cement content.When the compaction degree is at a similar level,there is no statistically significant difference in unconfined compressive strength;when the compaction degree reaches a certain threshold(≥98%),its influence on the unconfined compressive strength is no longer the dominant factor.With the increase of water content of cement-stabilized macadam mixture,the unconfined compression strength increases first and then decreases.
