介绍了以新质生产力为导向的管理体系构建与实施,通过建立智能、绿色、互融的生产管理模式,全面打通科技创新、节能降耗、绿色低碳、信息融合等多维度管理机制,优化管理流程,科学调整架构,压缩成本。
This paper introduces the construction and implementation of a management system oriented by new quality productive forces.By establishing an intelligent,green and integrated production management mode,it fully connects multi-dimensional management mechanisms such as scientific and technological innovation,energy saving and consumption reduction,green and low-carbon,and information integration,optimizes management processes,scientifically adjusts the structure,and compresses costs and reduces consumption.
