哲学与美学视域下高水平研究型大学科技教育与人文教育协同的逻辑内涵、现实挑战与实施策略

摘要 党的二十届三中全会作出强化科技教育与人文教育协同的战略部署,四中全会明确要求围绕科技创新、产业发展和国家战略需求协同育人,科技教育与人文教育协同成为教育强国建设的重要任务。高水平研究型大学作为国家战略科技力量重要组成部分和拔尖创新人才培养高地,亟需加强育人范式变革,使科技教育与人文教育从“割裂并行”走向“深度融合”。该文尝试从哲学与美学这一更本源的视域,系统探讨科技教育与人文教育协同的理论背景、实质内涵与政策趋向,分析协同的深层动因与目标取向,并通过对国内外典型案例的比较分析,提炼协同的现实挑战与实施策略,主张构建涵盖理念、制度、课程、教学、评价于一体的协同育人体系,为高水平研究型大学在新时代背景下实现协同育人的人才培养范式转型提供理论支持与实践指引。 The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)outlined a strategic plan to strengthen the synergy between STEM education and humanities education.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC explicitly requires synergistic talent cultivation centered around sci-tech innovation,industrial development,and national strategies.The synergy between STEM education and humanities education has become an important task in building a leading country in education.As an important part of the national strategic sci-tech strength and a highland of top-notch talent cultivation,high-level research universities are in urgent need of advancing the innovation of talent cultivation form,changing the relationship between STEM education and humanities education from parallel development in isolation to in-depth integration.From the foundational perspectives of philosophy and aesthetics,this paper systematically explores the theoretical background,essential connotation and policy trends of the synergy between STEM education and humanities education.We analyzes the underlying motivations and goal orientations of the synergy,and identifies the practical challenges and implementation strategies of the synergy through a comparative analysis of typical cases in China and overseas.It advocates constructing an integrated system for synergistic talent cultivation that encompasses concepts,institutions,curricula,teaching and evaluation,so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for high-level research universities to realize the innovation of talent cultivation form for synergistic talent cultivation in the new era.
