摘要
数智时代的人机关系正从工具性支配走向主体性共生。人机协同素养将超越单一工具技能,演化为涵盖认知交互、知识共享、智能跃迁、决策协同与伦理对齐等面向数智社会的基础生存能力。人类需通过内外网络适配、差异思维建构、量质信息互生、媒介素养重构、人机价值对齐等素养体系建构,形成人机共生的能力拓扑结构。这种素养结构变迁促使教育回归生命立场,重申“使人成为人”的使命。即以人本确证维系主体性、以智慧引申提升价值性、以具身认知激发创造性、以教育互构培育超越性、以组织重塑建立发展性。
The human-machine relationship in the era of digital intelligence is shifting from instrumental domination to subjective symbiosis.As a core competency that adapts to the digital intelligence landscape,human-machine collaborative literacy will go beyond a single tool skill and evolve into a fundamental survival ability that covers cognitive interaction,knowledge sharing,intelligent transition,decision-making collaboration,and ethical alignment for the digital intelligence society.Specifically,humans need to construct a competency system through internal and external network adaptation,differential thinking construction,mutual generation of quantitative and qualitative information,reconstruction of media literacy,and alignment of human-machine values,forming a capability topology structure of human-machine symbiosis.This change in the structure of literacy has prompted education to return to a life stance,reaffirming the mission of“making people human”.Namely,cultivate the subjectivity of the literacy system through human-centered validation,enhance the value of the literacy system through wisdom extension,foster the creativity of the literacy system through embodied cognition,promote the transcendence of the literacy system through educational mutual construction,and nurture the development of the literacy system through organizational reshaping.
