摘要
为应对数智技术变革带来的农业企业社会责任履行新挑战,推动农业绿色低碳转型与乡村振兴协同发展,基于战略社会责任理论与卡罗尔“金字塔模型”,从横向和纵向两个维度阐述数智时代下农业企业社会责任的内涵,并以农林牧渔行业43家A股上市公司为案例样本,通过人工编码和文本分析法,系统分析农业企业在经济、法律、文化伦理、环境保护与社会公益五个维度的责任履行现状。研究发现,在履行社会责任过程中,农业企业存在数据资源分配失衡、劳动力技术替代和技术断层、权属模糊不清和算法歧视等现实困境。为此,本文提出政府、大型企业、中小农企与农户协同参与的“多主体共治”路径:政府部门构建普惠性数字型基建,完善就业保障与技能培训体系;大型农业企业要推动技术普惠,实施数据收益三阶段分配机制;中小型农业企业构建“三轻一联”模式进行数智化转型;农户应主动适应数智农业趋势,增强数据主权意识。
To address the new challenges posed by the digital and intelligent technological revolution in the fulfillment of social responsibility by agricultural enterprises,and to promote the coordinated development of agricultural green and low-carbon transformation and rural revitalization,based on the strategic social responsibility theory and Carroll's"Pyramid Model",this paper expounded the connotation of social responsibility of agricultural enterprises in the digital and intelligent era from both horizontal and vertical dimensions.Taking 43 A-share listed companies in the agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery industry as case samples,this paper systematically analyzed the current status of responsibility fulfillment by agricultural enterprises in five dimensions:economy,law,cultural ethics,environmental protection,and social welfare,through manual coding and text analysis methods.Research had found that agricultural enterprises faced practical difficulties in fulfilling social responsibilities,including imbalanced allocation of data resources,labor and technology substitution and gaps,unclear ownership,and algorithmic discrimination.Therefore,this paper proposes a"multi-agent co-governance"path involving collaborative participation by the government,large enterprises,small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises,and farmers:government departments should build inclusive digital infrastructure and improve employment security and skill training systems;large agricultural enterprises should promote technology inclusivity and implement a three-stage distribution mechanism for data benefits;small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises should construct a"three light and one connected"model for digital and intelligent transformation;farmers should actively adapt to the trend of digital and intelligent agriculture and enhance their awareness of data sovereignty.
