数智时代高校数字教材建设的内在逻辑、现实困境与实践路径

The Internal Logic,Practical Dilemmas,and Implementation Pathways of Digital Teaching Materials Construction in Universities in the Digital-Intelligent Era

摘要 考察高等教育的核心任务以及数字教材的属性特质可知,数智时代高校数字教材建设有其内在逻辑:一是认知逻辑,媒介革命下高校数智技术与学科知识的互嵌耦合;二是主体逻辑,数字出版下高校产教融合与校企合作的探索创新;三是实践逻辑,教材强国下高校教学改革与人才培养的积极尝试。当前,高校数字教材的高质量与规范化建设面临以下现实困境:一是标准与队伍不完善诱发高校数字教材的质量不一与伦理失范;二是商业模式不成熟阻滞高校数字教材的主体协作与推广应用;三是教材规划不健全致使高校数字教材的无序发展与低效育人。对此,需基于“双重理性”耦合认知,以“标准规约+队伍搭建+平台建设”确保高校数字教材智能研发与应用,以“政策供给+模式创新+督导赋能”完善高校数字教材市场生态大环境,以“理论引领+规划支撑+机制保障”推动高校数字教材建设可持续发展,进而破解当前高校数字教材建设的现实困境,生成中国高校数字教材建设的本土智慧。 By examining the core tasks of higher education and the unique attributes of digital teaching materials,it becomes evident that the construction of digital teaching materials in universities during the digital intelligence era follows an inherent logic:firstly,the cognitive logic,which involves the mutual embedding and coupling of digital intelligence technologies and disciplinary knowledge in universities amidst the media revolution;secondly,the subject logic,which encompasses the exploration and innovation of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in universities under the context of digital publishing;thirdly,the practical logic,representing the proactive attempts at teaching reform and talent cultivation in universities within the framework of building a strong nation in terms of teaching materials.However,the current high-quality and standardized construction of digital teaching materials in universities faces the following practical challenges:firstly,an imperfect standard-setting team leads to inconsistent quality and ethical misconduct in digital teaching materials;secondly,an immature business model hinders subject collaboration and the promotion and application of digital teaching materials in universities;thirdly,inadequate planning of teaching materials results in disorderly development and inefficient talent cultivation through digital teaching materials in universities.Accordingly,based on the cognitive premise of coupling“dual rationalities”,the following approaches should be adopted:employing“standard specification+team building+platform construction”to ensure the intelligent R&D and application of university digital teaching materials;utilizing“policy supply+model innovation+supervision and empowerment”to improve the broader market ecosystem for university digital teaching materials;and implementing“theoretical guidance+planning support+mechanism guarantee”to promote the sustainable development of university digital teaching materials construction.These measures aim to resolve the current practical dilemmas and generate localized wisdom for constructing digital teaching materials in Chinese universities.
