区域国别视域下国际战略知识教学与传播的路径创新

Innovation in the Path of Spreading International Strategic Knowledge from the Perspective of Regional Countries

摘要 “区域国别学”正式成为一级学科,不仅标志着中国高等教育服务国家战略步入了新阶段,也为探索国际战略知识教学与传播新模式提供了新机遇。国际战略知识是区域国别人才培养的核心,其教学和传播范式改革需要契合区域国别学所强调的“具体性”“整体性”和“地方性”知识属性。基于此,立足“新文科”建设理念与跨学科教学方法,提出一种创新的教学与传播路径,即从“理论中心”转向“问题中心”、融合“知识体系、教学方法、实践能力”的“三位一体”教学与传播模式。该模式通过设立跨学科课程矩阵,推行问题导向的探究式学习,并以“田野调查”为知识论核心,重塑传播国际战略知识的教学闭环。该路径旨在破解传统模式的“学科壁垒”与“理论—实践”脱节困境,为培养真正符合国家战略需求的复合型“国别通”人才、构建中国自主知识体系提供可操作的教学改革方案。 The formal establishment of“regional and national studies”as a first level discipline marks a new stage for China’s higher education to serve the national strategy,and it also promotes the exploration of new models for the dissemination of traditional knowledge.International strategic knowledge is the core of regional and national talent cultivation,and its teaching paradigm needs to further align with the“specificity”,“integrality”,and“locality”knowledge attributes emphasized by regional and national studies.Based on the concept of“new liberal arts”construction and interdisciplinary teaching methods,an innovative teaching path can be proposed to explore the transformation of teaching mode from“theoretical center”to“problem center”,and construct a“trinity”teaching mode that integrates“knowledge system,teaching methods,and practical abilities”.This model reshapes the teaching loop of disseminating international strategic knowledge from a regional and national perspective by establishing an interdisciplinary curriculum matrix,promoting problem-based inquiry based learning(PBL),and using“field investigation”as the core of epistemology.This path aims to break through the“disciplinary barriers”and the disconnect between“theory practice”in traditional teaching,and provide actionable teaching reform plans for cultivating composite“country experts”who truly meet the national strategic needs and constructing China’s independent knowledge system.
