人工智能赋能来华留学生复合型人才培养模式构建研究

Research on the Construction of an Artificial Intelligence-empowered Cultivation Model for Compound Talents among International Students in China

摘要 在全球化与智能化深度融合的时代背景下,来华留学生作为推动中华文化国际传播、促进中外文明交流互鉴的关键力量,其高质量发展面临着培育要素碎片化、培养模式与时代需求脱节等现实困境,亟需升级培育范式。为此,以相关政策为坐标,发现其共同指向语言、文化、技能与素养的深度融合及协同发展,据此提炼出“懂中文、知文化、精技能、通世界”的“四有”复合型人才培养目标。同时,依托人工智能对来华留学生培养范式进行系统重塑,通过目标要素精准耦合及培养环节有机贯通,将“四有”目标融入课程体系构建、教学服务供给、跨专业实践开展及评价测试实施等关键环节,构建“四维一体”的全链条育人模式。为保障该模式有效落地,进一步针对实施过程中可能面临的技术壁垒、成本障碍、组织阻力及主体失衡等潜在挑战进行前瞻性研判并提出相应策略,旨在为智能时代来华留学生培养提供可复制、可推广的系统范式,亦为全球高等教育数字化转型贡献中国智慧与中国方案。 Against the backdrop of globalization and intelligentization becoming ever more entwined,international students in China are emerging as pivotal actors for the global dissemination of Chinese culture and for fostering mutual learning between civilizations.Yet their high-quality development is stymied by fragmented cultivation components and a widening mismatch between existing cultivation models and contemporary demands,underscoring an urgent need for a paradigm shift.Guided by relevant policies,we find a shared emphasis on the integrated development of language,culture,skills,and literacy;accordingly,we frame the“Four Essentials”goal for compound talents:proficient in Chinese,grounded in culture,sharp in skills,and globally minded.Meanwhile,leveraging artificial intelligence(AI)to systematically reconfigure the cultivation model for international students in China,the“Four Essentials”objectives are embedded into four critical stages—curriculum design,instructional-service delivery,cross-disciplinary practice,and assessment—thereby constructing a“Four-Dimensional Integration”whole-chain model.To safeguard the seamless rollout of this model,we conduct a forward-looking analysis of potential hurdles—technical barriers,cost constraints,organizational resistance,and stakeholder imbalance—and propose matching strategies.Thus we deliver a replicable,scalable paradigm for educating international students in China’s AI era and furnish Chinese insights and solutions to the global digital transformation of higher education.
