摘要
“十五五”时期,随着数智技术的突破性发展与深度融合,全球经济正经历一场由数字化向智能化的深刻范式转型,智能经济作为继信息经济、数字经济之后的一种更高级、更精准的经济形态应运而生。从历史演进来看,智能经济是对信息经济、数字经济的承继与超越,其核心内涵与基本特征主要体现在数据要素化、技术智能化、决策协同化、业态融合化等四个维度。智能经济具有重要的时代价值,不仅有助于构建新质生产力的核心引擎与国家竞争新优势、重构产业生态与区域发展动能,而且可以赋能企业创新与个体潜能释放。就发展趋势而言,智能经济体现了从云算力到智算力的基建升级、从数据到知识的要素价值跃迁以及从产业数字化到产业数智化的深度融合。
In the 15th Five-Year Plan Period,with the breakthrough advancements and deep integration of digital and intelligent technologies,the global economy is undergoing a profound paradigm shift from digitalization to digital intelligence.The digital-intelligent economy,as a more advanced and precise economic form emerging after the information economy and digital economy,has taken shape.From a historical evolution perspective,this paper clarifies the inheritance and transcendence relationship between the digital-intelligent economy and the information economy and digital economy.It also delves into the core connotations and fundamental characteristics of the digital-intelligent economy across four dimensions:the elementalization of data,technological intelligence,collaborative decision-making,and the convergence of business models.From macro,meso,and micro levels,the paper systematically discusses the epochal value of the digital-intelligent economy—namely,serving as the core engine for building new-quality productive forces and a new competitive advantage for nations,reconstructing industrial ecosystems and regional development momentum,and empowering corporate innovation and individual potential.Finally,based on technological evolution and industrial practice,it forecasts future trends in the digital-intelligent economy,encompassing infrastructure upgrades from cloud computing to intelligent computing,the leap in value from data to knowledge,and the deep integration of industrial digitalization to digital-intelligent transformation.
