摘要
建设以实体经济为根基的现代化产业体系,是中国式现代化与高质量发展的关键。实体经济不仅构成现代化产业体系的物质技术基础,更是保障经济循环畅通的“压舱石”和培育新质生产力的核心载体。以实体经济为根基建设现代化产业体系,在国家富强与安全、国际竞争优势塑造、民生改善与共同富裕、现代文明进步、绿色转型与可持续发展等方面均具有重要价值。因此,需要通过优化提升传统产业、打造新兴支柱产业、前瞻布局未来产业、发展新兴服务业等路径,扎实推进现代化产业体系建设、夯实实体经济根基,从而形成支撑中国式现代化建设的坚实产业基础。
Building a modern industrial system based on the real economy is the core of Chinese path to modernization and high-quality development.The real economy not only constitutes the material and technological foundation of the modern industrial system,but also serves as the“ballast stone”for ensuring smooth economic circulation and the core carrier for cultivating new quality productivity.Its development level directly affects the comprehensive competitiveness of the country.Building a modern industrial system based on the real economy has significant value in dimensions such as national prosperity and security,shaping international competitive advantages,improving people’s livelihoods and achieving common prosperity,advancing modern civilization,green transformation,and sustainable development.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the construction of a modern industrial system and consolidate the foundation of the real economy by optimizing and upgrading traditional industries,creating new pillar industries,looking forward to the layout of future industries,developing new service industries and other paths,so as to form a solid industrial foundation to support the construction of Chinese path to modernization.
