复合肥工艺粉尘超低排放处理技术优化及应用研究

摘要 复合肥生产过程中容易产生大量含有微细颗粒、酸性气体和有害物质的粉尘,这些粉尘若得不到有效控制和处理将对大气环境和人体健康造成不利影响。近年来,随着环保法规日趋严格,复合肥企业亟需对工艺环节中的粉尘排放进行深度治理并实现超低排放标准。基于对复合肥行业粉尘特征及处理现状的调研,文章围绕粉尘超低排放的技术优化与应用实践展开研究,从除尘设备改进、工艺流程完善和运行管理强化等方面,探讨能够实现稳定达标排放的创新思路,为复合肥企业提升环保水平和竞争力提供有益参考。 During the production process of compound fertilizers,a large amount of dust containing fine particles,acidic gases and harmful substances is easily generated.If the dust par⁃ticle isn't effectively controlled and treated,it will have adverse effects on the atmospheric environ⁃ment and human health.In recent years,with increasingly strict environmental regulations,com⁃pound fertilizer enterprises urgently need to deeply control dust emissions in the process and achieve ultra-low emission standards.Based on research on the characteristics and treatment status of dust in the compound fertilizer industry,this article focuses on the technical optimization and application practice of ultra-low dust emissions.From the aspects of improving dust removal equip⁃ment,perfecting process flow and strengthening operation management,innovative ideas that can achieve stable and compliant emissions are explored,providing useful references for compound fer⁃tilizer enterprises to enhance their environmental protection level and competitiveness.
