摘要
四溴双酚A在生产过程中,受自身合成及漂洗情况影响,会产生大量生产废水。芬顿法是以夺氢、加成或电子转移反应等过程使水中有机污染物有效分解的一种方法,在高级氧化处理中较为常用。实验采用紫外光源对芬顿反应体系进行照射,考察了最优芬顿反应体系比和紫外光源照射增益效果,在实现提升COD去除效果的同时,降低铁盐消耗量,其中所得最优条件为H_(2)O_(2)与Fe^(2+)投加比为3∶1、反应时间为30 min、反应温度为30℃、反应pH值为3~4,紫外波长值控制为UVB(波长280~320 nm)。
During the production process of tetrabromobisphenol A,a significant amount of wastewater is generated due to its synthesis and washing.The Fenton method is an effective way to decompose organic pollutants in water through processes such as hydrogen abstraction,addition or electron transfer reactions,it commonly used in advanced oxidation treatment.In this experiment,ultraviolet light was used to irradiate the Fenton reaction system to investigate the optimal Fenton reaction system ratio and the enhancement effect of ultraviolet irradiation.The goal was to improve the COD removal efficiency while reducing the consumption of iron salts.The optimal conditions obtained were H_(2)O_(2) to Fe^(2+) dosage ratio of 3∶1,reaction time of 30 minutes,reaction temperature of 30℃,reaction pH value of 3~4,and the ultraviolet wavelength was controlled at UVB(wave⁃length is 280 nm to 320 nm).
