硅酸镁吸附剂的制备及其在聚醚精制中的应用

摘要 采用优化的液相共沉淀法,调控原料配比和滴加顺序制备一系列具有不同结构的硅酸镁多孔材料,测定比表面积、孔体积及孔径等关键结构参数,将制备的硅酸镁作为吸附剂应用于聚醚精制工艺中,并对其脱除聚醚粗品中残留钾离子(K+)进行了分析与评价。实验结果表明,原料配比和滴加顺序对硅酸镁的结构具有显著影响,当制备的硅酸镁样品的比表面积范围为465~615 m^(2)/g、平均孔径为2.5~4 nm、总孔体积为0.35~0.50 cm^(3)/g时,在聚醚精制实验中,硅酸镁吸附剂表现出优异的吸附性能,聚醚粗品的电导率从初始的300µS/cm显著降至10µS/cm以下,K+浓度从500 mg/kg降至5 mg/kg以下。 A series of magnesium silicate porous materials with different structures were pre⁃pared by using the optimized liquid-phase co-precipitation method,adjusting the raw material ra⁃tio and dropwise addition sequence.The key structural parameters such as specific surface area,pore volume and pore diameter were determined,and the prepared magnesium silicate was used as an adsorbent in the polyether refining process.The residual potassium ions(K+)in the crude poly⁃ether removed by it were analyzed and evaluated.The experimental results showed that the raw ma⁃terial ratio and the addition sequence have a significant influence on the structure of magnesium silicate.The specific surface area range of the prepared magnesium silicate samples is 465~615 m^(2)/g,the average pore diameter is 2.5~4 nm,and the total pore volume is 0.35~0.50 cm^(3)/g.In the poly⁃ether refining experiment,the magnesium silicate adsorbent demonstrated excellent adsorption per⁃formance.The electrical conductivity of the crude polyether product significantly decreased from the initial 300μS/cm to below 10μS/cm,and the K+concentration dropped from 500 mg/kg to be⁃low 5 mg/kg.
