摘要
在石油化工自动化控制系统中,气动调节阀作为终端执行装置,承担着流量、液位、压力、温度等关键工艺参数的自动调节与远程控制任务,其控制性能直接影响系统的运行质量与安全性。为避免气动调节阀控制失效,针对气控回路进行了系统性优化改进,重点实现了手/自动模式切换控制及应急状态下故障安全控制功能,确保调节阀在生产过程中能够可靠、稳定运行。通过优化控制策略,精细化调整PID参数,使系统能够快速响应控制信号并实现精确调节;同时,升级硬件配置,采用高精度智能型阀门定位器、快速响应电磁阀等,显著提升了系统的抗干扰能力和环境适应性。改进后的气控回路能够满足快速响应控制指令,在异常工况下能够灵活切换至手动控制模式并紧急切换至故障安全状态,有效保障了工艺流程的连续性和安全性。实验结果表明,采取优化措施后,显著提高了调节阀的控制精度和系统抗干扰能力,为石油化工生产过程的顺利进行提供了有力支持。该研究为气动调节阀在自动化控制系统中的高效应用提供了理论依据与实践参考,具有重要的工程应用价值,对提升石油化工行业自动化水平具有重要意义。
In petrochemical automation control systems,pneumatic control valves,as terminal actuators,are responsible for the automatic regulation and remote control of key process parameters such as flow rate,liquid level,pressure,and temperature.The control performance of these valves directly impacts the system's operational quality and safety.To prevent failure in the control of pneumatic control valves,a systematic optimization and improvement of the pneumatic control loop is carried out,with a focus on implementing manual/automatic mode switching control,and fail-safe control in emergency situations.This ensures the reliable and stable operation of the control valve during the production process.By optimizing control strategies and fine-tuning PID parameters,the system can respond quickly to control signals and achieve precise regulation.Additionally,hardware upgrades,such as high-precision intelligent valve positioners and fast-response solenoid valves,significantly enhance the system's anti-interference capability and environmental adaptability.The improved pneumatic control loop can quickly respond to control commands,and flexibly switch to manual control mode and emergency fail-safe status under abnormal conditions,effectively ensuring the continuity and safety of the process flow.Experimental results show that after taking the optimization measures,the control accuracy of control valves and the system's anti-interference capability are significantly improved,which provides strong support for the smooth operation of the petrochemical production process.This study provides a theoretical foundation and practical reference for the efficient application of pneumatic control valves in automation control systems,with significant engineering application value,and important implications for improving the automation level of the petrochemical industry.
