大庆油田PPG三元复合驱地面配注工艺研究

摘要 为解决大庆油田一类油层聚驱后期约40%剩余油分布分散、前期提高采收率技术效果不佳的难题,提升原油采收率,研发了PPG(预交联凝胶颗粒)三元复合驱地面配注工艺。该工艺以成熟的“低压三元、高压二元”配注工艺为基础,新增PG配制和两种表活剂调配系统,涵盖PPG和聚合物调配、表活剂调配、氯化钠配制及高(低)压调配等关键部分,形成了“低压四元、高压二元”配注工艺,实现连续熟化与调配一体化,并采用模块化设计。该工艺先在采油三厂试验区块应用,虽面临工业表活剂特性偏差、PPG分散结块等问题,但经改进可实现正常生产,注入井口三元复合体系的浓度合格率达98%以上;在杏六区进一步优化后,能够显著提升配注效率,有效降低成本,且便于现场管理。该工艺为大庆油田剩余油开采提供了有效途径,推动了油田可持续发展,应用前景广阔,未来仍需持续优化以适应油藏开发需求。 To address the challenges of approximately 40%of the residual oil being scattered in the late stage of polymer flooding in Class I reservoirs of Daqing Oilfield,and the poor performance of previous enhanced oil recovery(EOR)technologies,to further improve crude oil recovery efficiency,a surface mixing and injection process for PPG alkaline-surfactant-polymer(ASP)flooding is developed.Building upon the mature"low-pressure ternary,high-pressure binary"injection technology,this process introduces additional PPG preparation and dual-surfactant mixing systems.It encompasses key components including PPG and polymer mixing,surfactant mixing,sodium chloride preparation,and high(low)-pressure mixing,forming an integrated"low-pressure quaternary,high-pressure binary"injection process.This system achieves continuous maturation and mixing integration through modular design.This process is initially implemented in the pilot area of No.3 Oil Production Plant,which encounters challenges such as industrial surfactant property deviations and PPG dispersion/clumping issues.However,through optimization,stable production is achieved,with the qualified injection wellhead concentration rate exceeding 98%.Further refinement in the Xing 6 Area significantly improves injection efficiency,effectively reduces costs,and facilitates field management.This technology provides an effective approach for tapping residual oil reserves in Daqing Oilfield,with broad application prospects.In the future,continuous optimization remains necessary to meet evolving reservoir development requirements.
