摘要
聚合物溶液的黏度直接影响聚合物驱驱油效果,因此需要保持聚合物溶液黏度的稳定性。大庆油田聚合物驱的配注普遍采用清配污稀的方式,而配注水的成分相对复杂,需对配注水中的各影响因素进行研究,确定对聚合物溶液黏度影响的主要因素。室内实验利用无氧蒸馏水配制出含不同浓度的悬浮物、含油量、硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)、腐生菌、铁细菌、硫化物、Fe2+等单因素的模拟水溶液,分别将各模拟水溶液的聚合物母液质量浓度从5000 mg/L稀释至1000 mg/L,测试其黏度,定量分析各单因素对聚合物溶液黏度的影响。实验结果表明,悬浮物、含油量对聚合物溶液黏度的影响不大,硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌、铁细菌、硫化物、Fe2+对聚合物溶液黏度影响较大。针对这些主要影响因素对聚合物溶液黏度的影响进行定性分析,通过红外光谱、核磁共振等检测,进一步验证了硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌、铁细菌、硫化物、Fe2+对聚合物溶液黏度的影响,检测中发现聚合物结构被破坏,形成了多种新的小分子物质,使聚合物溶液黏度降低。
The viscosity of polymer solution directly affects the oil displacement effect of polymer flooding,so it is necessary to maintain the stability of polymer solution viscosity.The clear mixing and produced-water dilution method is universally adopted for the mixing and injection of polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield.However,the composition of the mixing and injection water is relatively complex,thus it is necessary to study the various influencing factors in the mixing and injection water,and identify the primary factors affecting the viscosity of polymer solution.In laboratory experiments,oxygen-free distilled water is used to prepare single-factor simulated aqueous solutions with varying concentrations of suspended solids,oil content,sulfate-reducing bacteria,saprophytic bacteria,iron bacteria,sulfides,ferrous ions,and other substances.The polymer mother solution(5000 mg/L)is separately diluted to 1000 mg/L in each of the above solutions,after which the viscosity is measured to quantitatively analyze the effect of each single factor on the viscosity of the polymer solution.The results show that suspended solids and oil content have little influence on the viscosity of polymer solution,but sulfate-reducing bacteria,saprophytic bacteria,iron bacteria,sulfides,and ferrous ions have great influence on the viscosity of polymer solution.Based on the qualitative analysis of the influence of these major influencing factors on the viscosity of polymer solution,the effects of sulfate-reducing bacteria,saprophytic bacteria,iron bacteria,sulfides,and ferrous ions on the viscosity of polymer solution are further verified through tests such as infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance.It is found that the polymer structure is destroyed,and a variety of new small molecular substances are formed,which reduces the viscosity of the polymer solution.
