摘要
文章以辽宁省高校体育教育专业人才培养模式为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和对比分析法,分析辽宁省高校体育教育专业人才培养模式存在的问题,并运用OBE教育理念探索高校体育教育人才培养模式的路径。研究发现,辽宁省高校体育教育专业人才培养存在创新人才培育理念落后、课程结构体系不完善、实践教学平台资源匮乏、师资创新力量薄弱等问题。基于此,提出明确人才培养目标、构建“三结合”课程体系、完善教育机制、建设高素质师资队伍等建议,以期为提高高校体育教育专业人才培养质量提供参考。
The article takes the talent cultivation model of physical education majors in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province as the research object.By employing methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and comparative analysis,it analyzes the existing issues in the talent cultivation model of physical education majors in these universities.Furthermore,it explores the path of talent cultivation model for physical education majors in colleges and universities using the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)educational philosophy.The study reveals that there are several problems in the talent cultivation of physical education majors in Liaoning Province,including outdated innovative talent cultivation concepts,imperfect curriculum structure system,scarce resources for practical teaching platforms,and weak innovative faculty.Based on these findings,suggestions are put forward,such as clarifying talent cultivation objectives,constructing a"three-in-one"curriculum system,improving educational mechanisms,and building a high-quality teaching faculty.These suggestions aim to provide references for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in physical education majors in colleges and universities.
