人工智能赋能太极拳训练的技术路径与实证研究

Technological Pathways and Empirical Research on AI-Enabled Taijiquan Training

摘要 太极拳作为中国传统武术的重要组成部分,因其独特的养生价值与技击特点,在全球范围内受到广泛关注。然而,传统太极拳的训练方式主要依靠师徒传授,缺乏量化评估与个性化指导,制约了其科学化发展。近年来,人工智能(AI)的快速发展为太极拳训练提供了新的机遇。文章围绕人工智能在太极拳训练中的应用展开研究,探讨了智能动作识别、个性化训练方案、虚拟现实(VR)与增强现实(AR)技术辅助训练以及健康监测系统等方面的创新实践。研究表明,人工智能技术不仅能提高训练效率、优化教学方法,还能推动太极拳的国际传播,但人工智能在该领域的广泛应用仍面临数据隐私保护、设备成本控制以及文化适应性等挑战。未来,随着人工智能与体育科技的深度融合,太极拳训练将朝着智能化、数字化、个性化的方向发展,为传统武术的现代化传承提供新的动力。 As an important component of traditional Chinese Wushu,Taijiquan has garnered widespread attention globally due to its unique health-preserving value and Wushu characteristics.However,the traditional training method of Taijiquan primarily relies on master-apprentice transmission,lacking quantitative assessment and personalized guidance,which restricts its scientific development.In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)has provided new opportunities for Taijiquan training.This article focuses on the application of AI in Taijiquan training,exploring innovative practices in intelligent motion recognition,personalized training programs,virtual reality(VR)and augmented reality(AR)technology-assisted training,and health monitoring systems.Research indicates that AI technology can not only improve training efficiency and optimize teaching methods but also promote the international dissemination of Taijiquan.However,the widespread application of AI in this field still faces challenges such as data privacy protection,equipment cost control,and cultural adaptability.In the future,with the deep integration of AI and sports technology,Taijiquan training will develop towards intelligence,digitalization,and personalization,providing new impetus for the modern inheritance of traditional Wushu.
