摘要
蜡染作为中华民族传统印染技艺的瑰宝,其特有的“冰纹”肌理,即蜡层在染色时由于折叠、龟裂自然产生的无序裂纹就是其主要的视觉符号和美学灵魂。但传统手工蜡染工艺存在工序繁复、生产周期长、成品率难以控制等客观局限,无法满足现代纺织品市场对规模化、定制化的双重要求。因此,本文主要从非遗蜡染冰纹肌理的数字化解析、喷墨印花工艺的实体化呈现两方面入手,希望构建一套从图像采集、算法优化到色彩管理的完整技术路径,在保留传统蜡染自然神韵的基础上,实现其在现代数码纺织领域的创新应用和工业化拓展。
As a treasure of traditional Chinese dyeing and printing techniques,batik's unique“ice texture”,that is,the disordered cracks naturally produced by the wax layer during dyeing due to folding and cracking,is its main visual symbol and aesthetic soul.However,the objective limitations of the traditional handmade batik process,such as complicated procedures,long production cycle,and difficult to control the rate of finished products,cannot meet the dual requirements of modern textile market for scale and customization.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the digital analysis of the ice texture of nonheritage batik and the physical presentation of inkjet printing process.The goal is to construct a complete set of technical paths from image acquisition,algorithm optimization,and color management,and to realize its innovative application and industrialization expansion in the field of modern digital textile on the basis of retaining the natural charm of traditional batik.
