摘要
目前运动服装市场产品研发多聚焦于青壮年群体,而针对老年人体型特征、生理机能和运动生物力学需求的专用装备供应存在明显的滞后。现有的通用型运动装很难兼顾老年人在运动过程中的热湿舒适性调节、关节防护需求以及因肢体灵活性下降产生的易穿脱诉求,甚至会因为服装结构不合理而造成跌倒或受凉等安全隐患。因此,本文立足老年人体工程学与运动生理学的交叉视角,就健步走场景下运动服装的功能性防护机制与适老性结构优化策略展开探讨,以期构建一套集生理舒适、运动安全与穿脱便捷于一体的设计范式,从而提升老年群体的运动生活质量,推动银发运动产业向精细化与人性化方向转型。
Currently,product development in the sportswear market is mainly focused on the young and middle-aged demographic,while there is an obvious lag in the supply of specialized equipment for the elderly with regard to their physical characteristics,physiological functions,and exercise biomechanical needs.Existing general-purpose sportswear is difficult to take into account the elderly in the exercise process of heat and humidity comfort regulation,joint protection needs and the demand for easy-on-and-off functionality due to decreased limb flexibility,and even cause safety hazards such as falls or catching a cold due to an unreasonable clothing structure.Therefore,from the perspective of ergonomics and exercise physiology,this paper discusses the functional protection mechanism and age-friendly structure optimization strategy of sportswear under the walking scenario,in order to build a design paradigm that integrates physiological comfort,exercise safety,and ease-on-and-off,thereby improving the quality of life of the elderly group,and promote the transformation of the silverhaired sports industry to the direction of refinement and humanization.
