再生涤纶工装面料马丁代尔法耐磨性的循环次数影响分析

Analysis of the influence of cycle times on abrasion resistance of recycled polyester workwear fabric by Martindale method

摘要 当前对再生涤纶工装面料耐磨性与马丁代尔循环次数的关联研究不足,难以支撑实际应用。采用马丁代尔法,本研究设置多循环次数梯度,通过测定质量损失率等指标、观察表面形态展开研究。结果表明,随循环次数增加,面料耐磨性显著下降,质量损失率非线性上升,起毛起球等级和断裂强力保留率持续下降。磨损过程分为3个阶段,其中中低循环次数耐磨性稳定,高循环次数急剧衰减。 Insufficient research exists on the correlation between the abrasion resistance of recycled polyester workwear fabrics and Martindale cycle times.Using the Martindale method with multiple cycle gradients,this study measured indicators like mass loss rate and observed surface morphology.The results show that as the number of cycles increases,the fabric’s abrasion resistance decreases significantly,the mass loss rate rises nonlinearly,the pilling grade and tensile strength retention continuously decline.The wear process can be divided into three stages,with stable wear resistance at low to medium cycle times and a sharp decline at high cycle times..
