摘要
根据“清污分流”“盐分分流”的思路,采用物化+生化+高级氧化组合工艺对某中型印染园区进行污水预处理,再采用活性炭吸附工艺及MCR+RO双膜法工艺对污水进行中水回用处理。工程实际运行结果显示:印染园区综合中水回用率从53%提升至68%,且印染园区外排污水仍稳定达标,符合提标改造要求。
Based on the concepts of“clear water and wastewater diversion”and“salt content diversion”,a com⁃bined process of physicochemical+biochemical+advanced oxidation was adopted for preliminary wastewater treatment in a medium-scale textile dyeing park.Subsequently,activated carbon adsorption and an MCR(membrane chemical reactor)+RO(reverse osmosis)dual-membrane process were applied for reclaimed water reuse.The actual operation results demon⁃strated that the park’s comprehensive reclaimed water reuse rate increased from 53%to 68%,while the discharged efflu⁃ent consistently met discharge standards and complied with the requirements of the upgrading initiative for stricter environ⁃mental regulations.
