摘要
生物统计学作为生物学与数理统计的交叉领域,其方法论严谨,与哲学思想深度融合,为生命科学研究提供了独特视角。唯物论视野中的生物统计学研究强调数据搜集的客观性,以真实数据为统计分析基石,体现了科学研究的实证精神。认知论中“由浅入深”的规律贯穿统计分析全程,从数据收集至推断统计,反映了人类认知的升华。奥卡姆剃刀原理通过简约方法与模型优化,揭示数据本质。辩证法在生物统计学中亦有体现,如中心极限定理的质变过程、回归分析与全概率公式的因果循环等。矛盾观通过二项分布揭示成功与失败的对立统一。这种哲学与生物统计学的结合,增强了数据分析的科学性,培养了研究者的辩证思维与科学素养,为培养复合型人才奠定坚实基础。
Biostatistics,a cross-disciplinary field bridging biology and mathematical statistics,utilizes rigo-rous methodologies closely intertwined with philosophical concepts,offering a distinct perspective in life science research.Materialism underscores the objectivity in data collection,using authentic data as the foundation for statistical analysis,which embodies the empirical spirit of scientific research.The principle of“from the shallow to the deep”in epistemology guides the entire statistical analysis process,from data collection to inferential statistics,reflecting the evolution of human cognition.Occam’s razor principle reveals the essence of data through simple methods and model optimization.Dialectics is also evident in biostatistics,such as the qualitative change process of the central limit theorem,the causal cycle of regression analysis,and the total probability formula.The concept of contradiction unveils the unity of opposites between success and failure through the binomial distribution.This amalgamation of philosophy and biostatistics bolsters the scientific rigor of data analysis,fosters researchers’dialectical thinking and scientific literacy,thereby laying a robust foundation for training interdisciplinary talents.
