摘要
针对吉林地区长长高速公路湿地公园4号隧道左线暗洞在岩堆段落施工开挖时,距出口(ZK84+140)约140 m处(ZK84+001.3)发生洞内塌方且伴随大规模的突水涌泥,以及对应山体地表范围内出现塌陷陷坑的情况,通过综合分析隧道工程地质和水文条件,结合国内相关工程经验,并对现场进行充分调查研究,提出了掌子面超前钻孔排水、设置临时背拱、洞内大管棚加固、径向注浆、排水系统优化等综合处治措施。研究结果表明:1)通过系统分析地质水文条件,制定“稳端面、引排水、固支护”的综合处治方案,实现了安全掘进;2)复杂地质条件下,施工扰动与地下径流风险难预测,需优化常规措施:30 m超前引排水疏排地下水,注浆加固封堵渗流路径,加密搭接大管棚弥补注浆不足,优化衬砌参数提升结构性能;3)洞内大管棚施作为核心难点,需特制钻头钻穿变形钢拱架并严控钻进参数;4)监控量测表明,处治后洞内沉降、边坡位移均稳定,避免了整体滑塌。本工程的处治技术与经验,可为国内同类隧道的设计、施工及风险控制提供参考。
In view of the tunnel collapse accompanied by large-scale water and mud inrush,as well as surface collapse pits in the corresponding mountain area,which occurred at ZK84+001.3(about 140 m from the exit ZK84+140)during the excavation of the rock pile section in the left-line hidden tunnel of the Wetland Park No.4 Tunnel of the Changchun-Changbai Expressway in Jilin Province,comprehensive treatment measures such as advanced borehole drainage at the face,construction of temporary inverted arches,large pipe shed reinforcement,radial grouting,and optimization of the drainage system are proposed,based on a comprehensive analysis of the engineering geology and hydrological conditions of the tunnel,relevant domestic engineering experience,and thorough on-site investigation and study.The research results indicate that:1)A comprehensive treatment plan of“stabilizing the tunnel face,draining water,and strengthening support”is formulated through systematic analysis of geological and hydrological conditions,realizing safe tunneling;2)Construction disturbances and groundwater flow risks are difficult to predict under complex geological conditions,which means conventional measures need to be optimized:30 m advanced diversion and drainage to drain water,grouting reinforcement to block the seepage path,dense and overlapping large pipe sheds to compensate for insufficient grouting,and optimization of lining parameters to enhance structural performance;3)The construction of large pipe sheds inside the tunnel is a key difficulty,requiring special drill bits to drill through the deformed steel arch and strict control of drilling parameters;4)Monitoring and measurement data indicate that the tunnel settlement and slope displacement are stable after treatment,and the overall collapse has been avoided.The treatment measures and experience of this project can provide a reference for the design,construction and risk control of similar domestic tunnels.
