摘要
为促进磷石膏在道路工程中的应用,实现磷石膏的大宗消纳,采用无侧限抗压强度试验、干缩试验、冻融循环试验和抗冲刷试验方法,分析磷石膏掺量对水泥稳定碎石混合料的抗压强度、干缩应变、冻融循环后的抗压强度比及冲刷质量损失的影响。结果表明:1)水泥剂量为4.0%、磷石膏掺量为6%时,掺加磷石膏的水泥稳定碎石混合料,其7 d无侧限抗压强度提高了11.23%,干缩应变降低了19.61%,各冻融循环次数下(1~5次)混合料抗压强度比(BDR)均为相应循环次数下的最大值,此时抗冻性能最佳;2)掺加适宜的磷石膏可有效提升水泥稳定碎石混合料的抗冲刷性能,掺加磷石膏的水泥稳定碎石混合料强度和路用性能的研究结果可供其用作道路基层材料参考。
To promote the application of phosphogypsum in road engineering and thus achieve its largescale utilization,unconfined compressive strength tests,drying shrinkage tests,freeze-thaw cycle tests,and scour resistance tests were conducted to analyze the influence of phosphogypsum content on the compressive strength,drying shrinkage strain,compressive strength loss after freeze-thaw cycles,and scour weight loss of cement-stabilized macadam mixtures.The results indicated that:1)With a cement dosage of 4.0%and a phosphogypsum content of 6%,the 7-day unconfined compressive strength of the cement-stabilized macadam mixture with phosphogypsum increased by 11.23%,while the drying shrinkage strain decreased by 19.61%.The compressive strength ratio(BDR)under various freeze-thaw cycles(1-5 times)reached the maximum value for each corresponding cycle,thus demonstrating optimal frost resistance;2)In addition,the addition of an appropriate amount of phosphogypsum effectively enhanced the scour resistance of the cement-stabilized macadam mixture.The research results on the strength and road performance of cement-stabilized macadam mixtures with phosphogypsum can provide a reference for its application as a road base material.
