“白改黑”路面土工材料防反射裂缝试验及应用研究

摘要 为解决“白改黑”路面反射裂缝问题,通过冲击韧性、滚动疲劳、剪切强度及黏结强度试验,研究抗裂贴、聚酯玻纤布、玻纤格栅的防反射裂缝性能与黏结性能,并结合工程实践验证其施工便利性。试验结果表明:1)加铺土工材料可显著提升薄层罩面沥青混合料的抗冲击性与抗疲劳性;2)抗裂贴提升效果最优,其冲击韧性、初裂及终裂疲劳寿命较对照组分别提高91.6%、119.1%、179.2%;3)防反射裂缝土工材料会使层间剪切强度和黏结能力下降2%~27%。在黏结性能达标的前提下,本文所用抗裂贴应用中无泛油、推移现象,可有效提升“白改黑”路面的防反射裂缝性能。 To address the issue of reflective cracking in"white-to-black"pavement,the anti-reflective cracking performance and bonding performance of anti-crack stickers,polyester fiberglass cloth,and fiberglass grating were studied through impact toughness,rolling fatigue,shear strength,and bonding strength tests.The construction convenience was further verified via field application.The test results indicated that:1)After placing geosynthetics,the impact resistance and fatigue resistance of the thin overlay asphalt mixture were significantly improved;2)Among them,the impact toughness,initial cracking fatigue life and final cracking fatigue life of the anti-crack sticker are increased by 91.6%,119.1%and 179.2%,respectively,compared with the control group,presenting the most significant improvement;3)The application of anti-reflective cracking geosynthetics reduces interlaminar shear strength and bonding performance by approximately 2%-27%.In practical application,the anti-crack sticker exhibits no oil seepage or displacement while satisfying bonding performance requirements,and can significantly enhance the anti-reflective cracking performance of"white-to-black"pavement.
