HDI再生剂对老化SBS改性沥青再生效果影响研究

Study on the Influence of HDI Rejuvenator on the Regeneration Effect of Aged SBS-Modified Asphalt

摘要 为系统评估六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)再生剂对不同老化程度SBS改性沥青的再生效果,探讨其在沥青再生中的应用价值,通过压力老化容器试验选取20、40和80 h三种老化程度的SBS改性沥青样品,分别加入质量分数为3%、6%和9%的HDI再生剂,采用多应力蠕变恢复试验、线性振幅扫描试验、弯曲梁流变仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱等测试手段,研究再生剂对老化沥青的高温性能、中温性能、低温性能及化学特征的影响。研究结果表明:1)HDI再生剂能恢复老化SBS改性沥青的中温抗疲劳性能和低温抗裂性能,且能稀释老化沥青中的氧化产物;2)随着SBS改性沥青老化程度的加深,再生剂的恢复效果将逐渐减弱。HDI作为再生剂在SBS改性沥青的再生方面展现出良好的效果,可为沥青再生技术的应用提供新的方向和理论依据。 To systematically evaluate the regeneration effect of hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)rejuvenator on SBS-modified asphalt with varying degrees of aging,and to explore its application value in asphalt rejuvenation,this study selected SBS-modified asphalt samples aged for 20 hours,40 hours,and 80 hours by pressure aging vessel test.HDI rejuvenator was added at the dosage of 3%,6%,and 9%respectively.Multiple testing methods—multi-stress creep recovery,linear amplitude sweep,bending beam rheometer,and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy—were employed to investigate the regenerator′s effects on high-temperature property,medium-temperature property,low-temperature property,and chemical characteristics of aged asphalt.The results indicate that:1)HDI rejuvenator restores the medium-temperature fatigue resistance and low-temperature cracking resistance of aged SBSmodified asphalt,while diluting oxidative products in aged asphalt;2)The rejuvenation effect diminishes progressively as the aging degree of SBS modified asphalt increases.Overall,HDI shows promising potential as a rejuvenator for SBS-modified asphalt,providing new insights and theoretical foundations for the application of asphalt rejuvenation technology.
