三轴承对滚式差动增速转镜系统设计

Design of three-bearing rolling differential speed-increasing rotating mirror system

摘要 转镜是转镜扫描系统的核心部件,而转镜的转速更是提升扫描系统性能的重要因素之一。为了提升转镜的转速,新的驱动增速方式仍有待进一步探索。文中提出了一种三轴承对滚式差动增速转镜装置,通过设计两组差动轮系和离合器组合构成差动增速机构用于改变传动比,以及由摩擦套和轴承组成三轴承对滚式增速机构获得大传动比,在两级增速机构的作用下,该转镜系统可以实现38.625倍和51.5倍两种可切换的增速传动,并使转镜达到2.575×10^(5) r∕min的高转速。经理论计算,对差动轮系进行疲劳和弯曲强度的设计校核后,通过建立差动轮系的简化模型进行仿真分析,结果表明:分析所得增速装置的强度与理论计算相符,满足设计要求。该装置在转镜扫描系统中可有效提高系统的扫描速度,基于不同的应用场合,实现传动比的切换,具有较高的实际应用价值。 The rotating mirror is key to the rotating mirror scanning system,and the rotational speed of the rotating mirror is one of the important factors to improve the scanning system’s performance.In order to quicken the speed of the rotating mirror,it is necessary to deeply explore new driving and speed-increasing methods.In the article,a three-bearing rolling differential speedincreasing rotating mirror device is proposed.Two sets of differential gear trains and clutch combinations are designed to form a differential speed-increasing mechanism to change the transmission ratio,and a three-bearing rolling speed-increasing mechanism composed of a friction sleeve and bearings is used to work out a large transmission ratio.Under the action of the two speed-increasing mechanisms,the rotating mirror system achieves two switchable speed-increasing transmissions of 38.625 times and 51.5 times,and the rotating mirror reaches a high speed of 2.575×10^(5) r/min.A series of theoretical calculation are conducted to design and verify the differential gear train’s fatigue and bending strength;a simplified model of the differential gear train is set up for simulation and analysis.The results show that the strength of the speed-increasing device obtained from the analysis is consistent with that obtained from theoretical calculation,which meets the design requirements.This device effectively improves the scanning speed of the rotating mirror scanning system and switches the transmission ratio according to different application scenarios,which can be applied in various projects and situations.
