面向复杂系统失效分析的关键子系统确定方法及其应用

Determination and application of key sub-systems for failure analysis on complex systems

摘要 复杂系统组成元件多、结构复杂、层次多样且功能耦合性较强,在对其执行失效分析时常出现功能模型构建失真,最终导致失效、预测效果差等问题。对此,提出复杂系统面向失效分析的关键子系统确定策略,将公理设计的映射理论用于复杂系统的功能、结构分析,实现复杂系统的子系统划分和功能结构的层次分析,而后确立复杂系统失效的严重度评价参数和典型失效的严重度计算结果,最后依据各子系统的参与程度分配各典型失效严重度,以各子系统的分配严重度大小实现复杂系统的关键子系统确定。将提出的面向复杂系统失效分析的关键子系统确定方法应用于膨化岩石板自动生产系统上网装置的关键子系统确定中,验证了方法的可行性和有效性,也为上网装置后续的可靠性提升研究工作找到了分析关注的重点,减小了失效分析的难度。该评价方法的建立为复杂类系统可靠性提升提供了客观可行的理论研究基础。 The complex system has many components,complex structure,various levels and strong functional coupling;the functional model is often distorted when the failure analysis is performed,which eventually leads to poor failure prediction.In this article,efforts are made to propose the strategy of determining the key sub-systems for the failure analysis on the complex system;the mapping theory of axiomatic design is applied to the analysis on the complex system’s function and structure;thus,the subsystems are divided and the hierarchical analysis is conducted on the complex system’s function and structure.Then,both the evaluation parameters of the failure severity and the calculation results of the typical failure severity are identified.Finally,according to the participation of each sub-system,the typical failure severity is assigned;the key sub-systems of the complex system are determined by the distribution severity of each sub-system.The method of determining the key sub-systems for the failure analysis on the complex system is applied to the key sub-system determination of online device of the automatic production system of expanded rock slabs,which verifies that this method is feasible and effective.Also,efforts are made to find out the focus of the analysis on subsequent research on enhanced reliability of online device and reduce difficulty in the failure analysis.The evaluation method provides objective and feasible basis for theoretical research on enhanced reliability of complex systems.
