摘要
剖析全域土地综合整治视角下农业空间设计的理论逻辑与多维特征,探讨农业空间设计与全域土地综合整治的协同关系,并从区域、单元和地块3个尺度构建全域土地综合整治视角下农业空间设计的总体框架。以绍兴市柯桥区屃石湖片区为例,探索构建“区域格局—单元布局—田块风貌”三级农业空间设计框架,解析农业空间图则管控的技术和管理模式,以为其他地区高质量实施全域土地综合整治、完善国土空间规划设计体系提供参考和借鉴。
Based on an analysis of the theoretical logic and multidimensional characteristics of agricultural space design from the perspective of comprehensive land consolidation,the collaborative relationship between the two is examined and an overarching framework for agricultural space design is constructed at three scales:region,unit,and plot.Taking the Xishi Lake Region,Keqiao District,Shaoxing City as a case study,a three-tier design framework of"regional pattern-unit layout-field features"is established.The technological and managerial approaches for agricultural spatial planning control are further explored,offering insights and references for other regions aiming to implement high-quality,full-scale comprehensive land consolidation and enhance the design system of territorial spatial planning.
